The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best knowledge of the seller, at the time of sale. There is NO REFUND of deposit made on the puppy when the puppy reaches six (6) weeks old on the date. Full payment for the puppy is required when the puppy turns eight (8) weeks old on the date, or the deposit will be forfeited. Please be sure that you want this specific puppy before making a deposit. The buyer is required to take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within the first seventy-two (72) hours after purchase. If the Veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value immediately, or if there is no puppy available at the time, as soon as one becomes available. The buyer must provide a letter from the examining Veterinarian as evidence of the puppy's illness, and the puppy must be returned within the forty-eight (48) hours guaranteed period. This guarantee is null and void if the puppy is not given all of its standard vaccinations and standard treatments by a licensed Veterinarian, and the puppy suffers ill-treatment or neglect and/or results in the contraction of common diseases, infection, or accident. The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the seller's premises, including medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement with family, etc. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation is provided beyond what is outlined in this written agreement.
